Welcome to TechZOO. By booking or using our appliance repair services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before availing our services.
1. Service Scope
We provide repair and maintenance services for home appliances including, but not limited to, LED/LCD TVs, Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Washing Machines, Microwaves, and RO Water Purifiers.
2. Service Booking
- Customers can book services through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
- All bookings are subject to technician availability and service area coverage.
- The customer must provide accurate contact details and appliance information.
3. Inspection and Estimates
- A technician will inspect the appliance before starting the repair.
- After inspection, an estimated cost will be shared with the customer.
- Any additional issues found during repair will be communicated for approval before proceeding.
4. Service Charges and Payments
- Inspection or visiting charges apply and are non-refundable.
- Final charges depend on parts replaced, labor, and service type.
- Payments must be made in full after service completion via cash, UPI, or other accepted methods.
5. Parts and Warranty
- Genuine or compatible spare parts are used based on availability.
- Warranty on parts and labor (if any) will be clearly mentioned on the invoice.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, power fluctuations, or unauthorized repairs.
6. Customer Responsibility
- Ensure proper access to the appliance at the time of the visit.
- Keep children and pets away from the service area during repair.
- Inform the technician about any previous repair history, if applicable.
7. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Bookings can be rescheduled up to 2 hours before the appointment.
- Cancellation after technician dispatch may incur a visit charge.
8. Liability
- We are not responsible for data or content loss from appliances (e.g., smart TVs).
- We are not liable for damages resulting from customer negligence or third-party interference.
- Our liability is limited to the service amount paid.
9. Privacy Policy
Customer information (name, contact number, address) is collected only for service purposes and is not shared with third parties except for service fulfillment.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
